We are a 100% paperless across the entire enterprise. Web-based, 128-bit encrypted, firewall and password protected systems are employed for:
- Order management and production
- Vendor management
- Pipeline management
- Product deliverables
- Communication channels
Disaster Recovery:
Our business recovery and resumption plan is designed to minimize any potential downtime, ensuring uninterrupted order flow and absolutely no data loss. Our plan includes:
- Redundant data servers which reside at separate sites
- Systems which are fully monitored by our technical consultants
- Daily verification tests performed to measure system stress
- Maximum downtime of 4 hours in the event of a system failure
- A hardware catastrophe could be fixed within 96 hours
- Incremental backups performed every 8 hours
- Personal files, emails, folders are backed up locally
